Brian embarked on his professional journey with Kohler in 2004, starting within the retail channel. In 2014, he transitioned to the Builder segment as a National Account Manager. His exemplary performance led to a leadership role in 2016 as Builder Sales Manager, where he also served as the National Account Manager for Toll Brothers for three years.

Currently, Brian spearheads Kohler’s strategy and sales initiatives for new single-family residential construction across the United States. He leads a dedicated team of eight Business Development Managers, focusing on single-family builders and supporting sales efforts for each Toll division nationwide.
