Mike Rutherford is President of Clayton Properties Group, where he leads the strategic direction and operational oversight of the organization’s property and real estate portfolio. In this role, he aligns long term property strategy with enterprise goals, ensuring assets and facilities effectively support growth and operational excellence. Mike brings decades of industry experience to his role. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1988–1994), followed by leadership roles at Oakwood Homes (1994–2003). Since 2003, he has held progressively senior leadership positions at Clayton, where he continues to drive strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, and disciplined execution across the Properties organization.
