How do I access the Live Virtual Sessions?
You will need to login to this website. Click here to login or go to the header.
Put in your email and password. You will be taken to the confirmation page.
Under Access Virtual Sessions - Click on the orange side button on the right "View Here."
You will need to click into each session to view.

Is there a way to directly login to the virtual site without putting in my password?
Yes! In your confirmation email - you will find a direct login to the confirmation page that has the virtual information.

I created a password during registration and don't see it on my information page?
You will not see the password you created so that we can ensure security protocols are in place.

I forgot my password, how do I reset it?
Click here to request a password reset to your email. You will use the email that you registered with.

Replays:
All sessions will be recorded and available within 24 hours.
You can view them on this website when you are logged in as well as on the Zelman & Associates video library.

No, we will not be providing a transcript.

I need a copy of my invoice, where do I get that?
Once you are logged into the website here, you can go to the bottom right corner and under receipt - print out an invoice.
